to help debug the sleeve label machine.
Step 1. Adjust the screw position according to the bottle size , let bottle Smoothly come into shrink labelling mahine .
Step 2-1. Label installation route on frame .

Step 3 Switch on the power and press the emergency stop button before installing the label on the label machine.
Step4 Turn the wheel to pass the label down through the cutter head of the label machine.
Step 5 The bearings of the two roller mixes with the center column in a center line straight.
Step 6 The distance between the bottle cap and the center column is 30-50cm .
Step 7 The center of the bottle is in a straight line with the center of the central pillar.
Stpe 8 The sensor should focus on the center of the cap
Step 9 Label sensor, to be aligned, can detect the signal.
